For this Tutorial I am using the work of

I am also using the Scrap kit “Western Gal”

For the Mask I am using
it is a “Becky's Mask_0022"
You will need the “VM Natural” Filter
Lets get started ...
Open 800 x 800 white image
Pick a background paper for your mask.
Highlight your background paper.
Layers
Load/Save Mask
Create Mask from: Source luminance
Orientation: Fit to Canvas
Options: Hide All Mask
Open your scrap kit,
I am using paper 4, this is going to be in the frame
Re-size your paper to your liking,
Add a image or 2 from the scrap to go on top of the paper.
Add frame ; I am using the western frame.
Use your Magic Wand and click outside the frame.
Selections/Modify/Expand: 3
Invert click
On paper then the 2 images delete
close frame
Merge Visble
Now add your Artist with the background in frame
duplicate frame.
Move duplicated frame above the artist tube.
Highlight the top frame
Get your eraser tool
Shape: circle
Size: 32
Hardness: 50
Steps: 10
Density: 100
Thickness: 100
Now click the top frame ans erase where you want your artist tube to come though the frame.
Highlight your background
Adjust/ Hue and Saturation
Colorize: 0 on both
Change Blend Mode/ Soft Light
Now merge all visible
Magic Wand/Image/Crop To Selection
Re-size 75%
Add another of your Artists Images put to your liking
outside the frame,
Adjust/ Hue and Saturation
Colorize: 0 on both
Add some more scrap if you like in front of it & frame
Animation
Effects/VM Natural
Sparkles click OK
Copy Merged or ctrl+shift+c
Open Animation Shop paste as new animation or ctrl+v
Back to PSP
Click back arrow
Effects/VM Natural
Sparkles/Random Seed: 177
Copy Merged or ctrl+shift+c
Back to Animation shop
Paste after current frame or shift+ctrl+L
Back to PSP
Click back arrow
Effects/VM Natural
Sparkles/Random Seed: 230
Back to Animation shop
Paste after current frame or shift+ctrl+L
Keep frame properties at 10 and save.
