mask will do.

Mask I am using is Mask165 SophisticatSimone
you

Bit Of Fun”
You
will need no Filters
Lets
get started ...
Open
New Image 800 x 800 Color White
Open
ccd_pp 5 copy – paste as new layer
Close
original
Layers
– Load/Save Mask – Load Mask From Disk
Create
Mask From: Luminance Source
Orientation:
Fit Canvas
Options:
Invert Transparency Un-Checked - Hide all mask
Load
Layers
– Merge Groups
Open
ccd_web#1
ccd_pumpkin#!
copy
– paste as new image
Merge
it down onto your mask layer
Close
original
Add
your tube resize if you need to
The
tube I am using is one with eye open and eye closed
Add
then both
resized
both at 85%
Now
add ccd_grass#1
Duplicate
move duplicated layer below your tubes
Now
using your eraser tool,
erase
the grass from your pumpkin so you can see it.
With
your top grass highlighted give a
Drop
Shadow
Vertical:
-2
Horizontal:
2
Opacity:
75
Blur:
5.00
Same
drop shadow on the grass below the tube.
Add
new layer, add your copyright and your name.
Merge
All Visible
Lets
Animate
Highlight
the tube with eyes open
Copy
Merged (ctrl+shift+c)
Open
Animation Shop
Paste
as new animation (ctrl+v)
PSP
Now
x out the open eyes
highlight
closed eyes
Copy
Merged (ctrl+shift+c)
AS
Paste
after current frame (shift+ctrl+L)
First
frame set Frame Properties at 100%
Leave
the other frame as is
Save
as Gif.

when animating you don't want them jumping around on the Tag … LOL

them to the left above your mask layer
