Flood Fill with your
Gradient
Add your tube re-size
if you want.
Add new layer
Selections/Select All/Contract by 2/Invent
then flood file with
the color of your chance. Now deselect.
Now new layer and add
you copyright info. and your name.
Merge/Merge Visible
