Blackeyed Susan Tutorial Featuring Artwork by Elaina Wagner

MuRa's Meister (Copies)
You will need a Dingbat of your choice.
Lets get started ...
New Image 600 x 250 Transparent
Open Tube copy
Paste as new layer
Selections – Select All
Image – Crop to Selection
Effects – MuRa's Meister
Copies – Wallpaper(Rotate) – Ok
Gaussian Blur 20%
Add your tube again resize if you want.
Move to your right side.
Selections – Select All
Image – Crop to Selection
Drop Shadow
Vertical: 2
Horizonal: 3
Opacity: 25
Blur: 3.0
Layers – New Layer
Flood Fill with a dark color from your tube.
Selections/Select All
Selections/Modifty/Contract by 4 – Delete
Selections – Invert
Inner Bevel
Bevel
Bevel - 2
Width – 10
Image
Smoothness – 21
Depth – 7
Ambience - -37
Shininess - 21
Light
Color – White
Angle – 3
Intensity – 51
Elevations – 51
Drop Shadow
Vertical: 2
Horizontal: 3
Opacity: 25
Blur: 3.0
Color: Black
OK
Now add the Drop Shadow again changing the Vertical to 3
and the Horizontal to 2
OK
Lets add an image from your choice of your Dingbat
Add the same Drop Shadow as above.
Now new layer and add you copyright info. and your name.
Close out of your dingbat
Merge/Merge Visible
Open dingbat keep highlighted
Animation
Adjust
Add Noise/Remove Noise – Add Noise
Gaussian
Noise – 30 %
Monochrome checked
Copy Merged or ctrl+shift+c
Open Animation Shop paste as new animation or ctrl+v
Back to PSP
Adjust
Add Noise/Remove Noise – Add Noise
Gaussian
Noise – 25 %
Monochrome checked
Copy Merged or ctrl+shift+c
Back to Animation shop
Paste after current frame or shift+ctrl+L
Back to PSP
Adjust
Add Noise/Remove Noise – Add Noise
Gaussian
Noise – 35 %
Back to Animation shop
Paste after current frame or shift+ctrl+L
Keep frame properties at 10 and save.

Well, it's been a taggin' weekend here in felineland. I've been messing about with some new tubes and like the results. I've used Al Rio, Elaina Wagner, Ralph Macrey, and Tori Beveridge. They are all available through ADI for your licensed graphics needs. I have stationery, and a couples snaggables/extras. Well, on with the shares. Please remember not to use these artists without proper license.
