You will need a Mask any mask will do.

You will need Filters
Tramages

Lets get started ...

Open New Image 600 x 600
Color : White

Open Paper 7 – Paste as new layer

Close Original Paper 7


Create Mask From – Source Luminance
Orientation – Fit To Canvas
Invert Transparency - unchecked
Options – Hide All Mask

Layers – Merge – Merge Group

Open Frame 1 – resize 500 x 382
All Layers Checked
Paste as new layer

Add tube resize if you need to.
Add Flower 3 rezize to 28%
Move to the rightside of your frame.

V: 5 H: 5 Opacity: 65 Blur: 8.00 Color: Black

Highlight Paper 7 mask

Open Dusk copy – paste as new image – resize 502 x 550
Copy – paste as new layer – Merge down onto your mask.

Now new layer and add you copyright info. and your name.

Resize your tag to 500 x 500 All Layers Checked

Animation

Highlight mask

Effects
Tramages – Pool Shadow
Intensity 50%
Both Diagonal's 20%


Copy Merged or ctrl+shift+c
Open Animation Shop paste as new animation or ctrl+v

Back to PSP
Click back arrow
Effects
Tramages – Pool Shadow
Intensity 50%
Both Diagonal's 40%

Copy Merged or ctrl+shift+c

Back to Animation shop
Paste after current frame or shift+ctrl+L

Back to PSP

Click back arrow
Effects
Tramages – Pool Shadow
Intensity 50%
Both Diagonal's 60%

Keep frame properties at 10 and save.
