Burlesque Tutorial Featuring Artwork By Baron von Lind


For this Tutorial I am using the work of

make sure you have the proper licenses.

I am also using the Scrapkit called “Burlesque”
this is a PTU Kit you can find at

I am using Mask from “Scrappy Bit Of Fun”
Mask 956
You can use any kind a mask you like.

You will no Filters

Lets get started ...

New Image 800 x 800 Transparent

Open pdc_paper 7
Copy – Paste as new layer
Close Original paper

Layers – Load/Save Mask - Load Mask From Disk
With setting as below.

Layers - Merge Group

Open pdc_flowers 5 Copy – Paste as new layer
Resize 75% four times
Duplicate
Now you should have flowers on both sides
Image – Mirror
Close original

Open pdc_Clock copy – paste as new layer
Resize 75% three times
Move below flowers
Close original

Open your tube resize if needed
Add your tube.

Drop Shadow
V: 2
H: -2
Opacity: 50%
Blur: 3.00
Open pdc_carouselhorse copy – paste
as new layer move behind your tube
Image - Mirror
Close original

Open pdc_corset 2 copy – paste as new layer
image-mirror move to the left
Close original
Open pdc_table copy – paste
as new layer
Resize table to 260 x 234 pixels
Move next to your tube
Above your carouselhorse
Close original

Close mask background
Merge all invisble

Add same Drop Shadow
on all images you have added.

Now new layer and add you copyright info. and your name.
Merge Visable
Save as “Png”
